Notes on the Wert14 annual subscription

• We collect the payment of the tariff fee conveniently by SEPA mandate (already deposited). Please fill this out and send it to us after booking the annual subscription.

• Cancellation of any existing monthly tariff is automatic, so that a smooth transition to the annual subscription is guaranteed.

• The annual subscription can be canceled 14 days before the end of the last month of the service period. Further information can be found in our GTC.

Digital building valuation from SkenData

Wert14 is the digital building valuation tool for insurers, brokers, agents, and agencies. The system analyzes current land registry data, official 3D building data and aerial images of over 51 million buildings throughout Germany. Complex algorithms and recognized calculation methods lead to an objective insurance value.

Land registry data, official 3D building data, aerial photographs and recognized calculation methods (NHK 2010, NHK 1914, VdS 772) serve as the basis for the digital building valuation with Wert14. This data, which is available for over 51 million buildings throughout Germany and around 3 million buildings in Austria, is used to create a realistic image of the building and automatically determine the sum insured.

The zoning system for flood risks is taken into account with the integrated ZÜRS interface. SkenData not only resolves the hazard class to a geo-point, but also includes the entire area of a building. If a building to be assessed is located within a hazard zone, this is displayed in the building report.

Important for determining the value of a building: the GRI (Building Risk Index) from Experian. This indicates the probability of water damage in the building under consideration and is also displayed in the SkenData building value calculation.

Climate protection and sustainability are becoming increasingly important in underwriting, product development and consulting. In order to achieve climate protection targets, the requirements in new and existing business for insurers, banks and the housing industry need to be rethought. SkenData is already focusing on the energy analysis of buildings. As a pioneer in digital valuation, SkenData evaluates the energy efficiency classes and CO₂ equivalents of buildings digitally and automatically.
